Kindness & Caffeine is Phoenix's first Yoga & Coffee Event in The Valley!

Via She Forks Phoenix:

"First, wake up with kindness. Cazoshay Marie is no ordinary yoga instructor. Her mission is to 'To share art and wellness with the world in a fun, accessible & sustainable way while inspiring a global sense of community.' She's been featured by MANTRA Yoga+Health and worked with Clients such as the 5K Color Fun Run and Arizona Men's Health Expo. She's ready to lead morning yoga!

Next, sip on some hand crafted, organic cold brews made by Mama's Cold Brew! You may fondly remember them from Junk in the Trunk, the Pinterest Pinners' Conference, and Uptown Plaza's Farmer's Market. Their cold brew is delicious and not easy to find! Covet your cup of coffee and hear their origin story."

Canceled-Yoga Warm-Up at Anchorage RunFest

Due to the accident, I am unable to conduct this event. I am deeply saddened that I am unable to be a part of Anchorage RunFest for 2017. I look forward to the event every year and am prayerfully optimistic that I will be able to conduct the pre-run yoga warm-ups next year.

Join me in Town Square in Anchorage, Alaska again this year for the free pre-run yoga warm-up to get your mind and body ready for success! Set to fun, upbeat music (it may or may not include "Eye of the Tiger"), I customize this short practice specifically for runners to improve focus, effective breathing, flexibility and safety.

6 to Splits Online Event

I had the privilege of being on The Cool Podcast with Dr. Kevin L. Jenkins where we talked joy, yoga and wellness. During the interview he mentioned the splits being one of his goals and asked what yoga poses I would suggest to help him achieve it; I often get that same question on my social media platforms and in my class events.

Being able to do the splits is all about consistent practice and knowing which poses will build up the flexibility to get you there. Join me for an online event on my Facebook page where we'll be exploring six different yoga poses which, if practiced regularly, will help you gain the flexibility to do the splits. There'll be both photos and videos posted to the event page for you to add to your yoga stretch arsenal. Even if the splits aren't your goal, you can still gain from practicing these beneficial poses.

Visit the link here to join the event!

All ages, sizes, genders and levels of flexibility can participate! I'll be sharing modifications for the poses using props to make them more accesible.

And one of you awesome participants will win a prize pack with a strap,Needful Things Natural Home & Body Care products and a CD from my favorite DJ/Musician/Composer Dragon House Studios - Eugene Ward!
